And yes, the woman in the picture is supposed to be Mario’s mom (named Luana in my headcanon). She doesn’t have an official design, so I had creative liberty over her appearance here. (The man in this picture below is Mario’s dad, Marco)

With all the March 31st jokes goin’ around, it was only a matter of time before a certain someone started freaking out about it. But like, how else would someone’s mom react to hearing people saying her son is gonna die today?

Some new drawings of Rei Mizushima as a young child (5 years old) and in the future ten years from the present day (34); included the original drawing of her in the present day for comparison.

I find it kinda funny how most characters that are from the future usually have some of the coolest designs and backstories, but then Super Monkey Ball broke the mold in the derpiest way possible...!
