And here are the concepts that led to this point. I've included his 'alive' version (used for roleplay) as well though.
I liked the original rainbow mohawk, but as I developed his personality I realised it'd be too much upkeep for someone like him. So dreads instead!

First entry for the #CharDesignClub challenge! Silas Reagan, a villain or anti-hero concept for a VN/point-and-click I can't yet prototype: all to do with skeletons in an 'interrupted apocalypse'.

Okay I squeezed in some me-time doodling aaaaand so I uh... drew my scary power skelly like when he was alive (because I am tempted by yet another tabletop campaign. Ha. Ha. Ha.)
