Two of these nuns, Ayya Anuruddha & Medhanandi , live north of my home city Toronto. They’re lovely meditators - warm and patient, practicing silence in their winter retreats.

Steady goes, skin done - fabric next. Planning to have the flowing yellow fabric around the Buddha move.

Personal art is a tad harder with deadlines mounting, but here we go. One bit at a time.

Figured out that I'm most productive for personal art during the first hour after work. Around two thirds through Crash Course's Mythology podcast, obsession going strong.

4. Common wisdom says some experiences are worth more than money. This is...actually right. Some wisdom only comes from experience. Some experiences only come from jumping despite the fear.
