Chrono Cross: when you change the future with time travel, what happens to the old future? can you truly defy fate? what consequences can ripple out from a single choice?
also Chrono Cross: here's the folks that are gonna follow you around as you seek answers to these questions
for example: once I (literally) dreamed up a floating orb-shaped device with multiple arms
one arm tore open rifts, one created tiny suns, one shot missiles, and so on (they could do combo attacks too)
I woke up, tried to remember the dream, and realized: that's Magolor Soul
sometimes I think about my and my friends' villainous OCs teaming up
but to imagine them combining all their powers and resources into a single entity tends to come out a certain way, because I have like one frame of reference for that much sheer terror all in one place
when you go to type "the" and accidentally type "tje" instead
also, since these posts ended up side-by-side on my TL, I just wanna put out a PSA:
please don't squeeze your moonbaby friends too hard, even if they *do* kinda look like a squishy tube toy
ah yes, 9:24 PM, prime "thinking about the Runemaster from Etrian Odyssey" hours
last night, in a thread of characters I hate, I included an antagonist that kinda forces his way into your party (as the result of a single yes/no dialogue option, it turns out) to deal with a greater-scope threat
which are also all traits of a character who I like a whole lot
just to mix up the reasons *why* I hate the characters in this thread: Space Mama's neat and all, it's just that her boss fight *never ends* and I get sick of her
and she doesn't even party with Rayman after you punch the corruption out of her, like all the other bosses do
