Never ignore your senior's advice. You may not like them, but they went through things you will too, eventually. You may not respect them, but if you listen, you may comprehend their acts. And between a word or two, you may find the wish to carry on you have lost at some point.

Being aware of our surroundings it's a difficult task. We hear a lot of things and thoughts, but they are overwhelming. It's too much to filter. You need to practice how to listen, be patient, and give yourself time to process it. You'll never miss what is valuable again.

We are limited. We need to understand that to survive, to don't waste our sources irrationally. If the day you can't give one more step forward arrives, ask for help. It's no shame to recognize you aren't flawless. There will always be someone willing to support.

Bad moments happen a lot. Really. Sometimes you can't even breathe between them. It's seen to be a neverending struggle. No chances to stop, judge, or think. It's the breakdown. Accept it. You're not a machine, and even they need maintenance. Be sad. Cry. Let it out.

You can't judge yourself if you suddenly feel divided. Risking your life for an uncertain dream or returning to the safety of your home. When days like these come to you, think about where you want to be. Is this new place better? Yes? Go for it without hesitation.

To trust in yourself doesn't mean walking blindly, letting the Luck take care of your decisions. It means you need to use the knowledge you gathered during your lifetime in your favor. You'll be safe, even in the most dangerous moments. Remember who you are and why you leave.

In your journey, you'll meet yourself embraced by the darkness of your thoughts. You'll be afraid to go forward and feel sad if you go backward. At moments like these, don't hesitate. Even if you're not seeing it, the path is there. Be patient and trust in your steps.

It's so easy to get lost, you know? To go out of the planned path. You feel powerless because you make mistakes in the only thing you consider yourself good at. The emptiness touches your tiny heart.
