They are Lisa and Emmeryn from the FIRE EMBLEM. They have been trapped and forced to tickle each other using special portals. If they refuse to tickle each other then hundreds of portals will open over her bodies and under her clothes with various hands tongues and tools.

What can be more beautiful than that moment just before a cute girl like King Halo's laughter bursts out after after a long and stubborn effort not to laugh at the tickling of a monster that loves the sound of happiness.
