but ive seen other artists talk about tracing a lot and i feel like it must be said: using it for reference isnt bad. like idk. if u put my art up to the original its nothing alike. but it holds similar character! which is what im going for lol

i feel like this is something that could get me destroyed by real artists but sometimes when i struggle with my reference images, i will trace them and then put the line tracing in the corner of my sketch to help me reference line. i feel this could be misused,

obviously not accurate to the recreation but i also kinda like just the flat colors...soft
