Time Reef by Marc Platt/ A Perfect World by Jonathan Morris.
Time Reef was a bit messy and rushed, but A Perfect World was really cute. Weird having a 3 parts story + 1 part story, though.

1 - Light The Flame: Good post regenerative story, introspective. We see if some of the political relationship between Karn and Gallifrey, and it's an interesting view of the sisterhood.
