Those games made me really appreciate every scene. It got me interested in drawing and got me to love narrative and character and 'nonlinear thinking'. Guybrush Threepwood is still my favourite unlikely hero.

I remember getting a demo CD and replayed the opening chapter, just 3 rooms, over and over again. I loved it, I’d never played a game like it. I remember being awed by those gorgeous swirling clouds and drawing them over and over on this lavender paper we had reams of.
