She's originally from Mistralton City in Unova! She was raised by her parents, who were both fairly prestigious scientists in the region, up until she was about 13. At that time, Team Plasma was starting to build up its organisation with new members. (1/5)

After over two years, I've finally redesigned Scarlett!✨

For those who don't know her, Scarlett is J's fellow student at HRTA, and a close friend. Hailing from Stow-on-Side, she's high-spirited and skilled, both as a violinist and a Pokémon Trainer!

Naoko is a lot more cheery around the holidays. J suspects the cold weather makes her feel more at home but, ultimately, he's just happy to see her in such good spirits.
