I completed a little 4-painting series for @Gods_Teeth_MA, which will be released w the full EP in April! But to celebrate the release of the first single, "Ghosts," here's a little behind-the-scenes teaser thread about the artwork (1/?) https://t.co/BTJyInvl8y
Ok OKAY! I guess I'll play. All ORIGINAL artwork is 30% off til Monday! (Automatic at checkout)
I'm pretty happy to report that my stock of originals is rather low lately, however (often having different taste than my audience) a few of my personal favorites are still available:
No question that people liked BONDING for @maggiecsiebert, bc ALL of the originals except one sold! (Gifted in the case of “Bonding” for @soule_wiley for being a crazy enough sonofagun to get it tattooed on his body!) “Coping” is still available…for now😘 https://t.co/hnucULIgpD
M’brain’s tired, everybody. Once again requesting your best/most terrifying makeup ideas for October! HALP 🎃🦇
6 small-scale ink pieces responding to @maggiecsiebert's provoking and jarring collection of short stories called BONDING (2021). I call 'em "when-ya-know-ya-know illustrations"- abstract at first glance, but quite literal if you've read the stories.

In response to NUDES by @saderotica (SF/LD, 2021), I appropriated 8 poses from abusive male artists and used ink, colored pencil, & tulle to mirror and build upon themes in Nash’s work: reimagining the male gaze and the unveiling and reclaiming of self.

This little guy was honestly just me feeling like doing a graphite skull and fiddling with a few ink techniques, but sometimes good stuff happens when you release expectations.

Some official pics. Tried modeling wax for the first time and HATED IT. So I’m frustrated with the roughness here, but I made good use of reclaimed trash as accessories and learned a couple of things
Pleased to officially share: my latest small-scale ink pieces respond to @maggiecsiebert's BONDING, and I've decided to release them as I go. I call 'em "when-ya-know-ya-know illustrations"-abstract at first glance, but quite literal if you've read. First up: Best Friend / Coping
