At the time I drew it, it could be Ayu doing something that made Haruka that happy.
Within current canon, Haruka wouldn't act like that in any way. What did happen?

Haruka uses ponytails and bows since she was ~5yo.
Is it an uniform? Would be she attending something that doesn't allow ponytails? It's too girly for Haruka's own tastes
