The Bridge daily sketch #procreate

Today’s sketch is different because instead of doing brushy greyscale I’m practicing comic style shading, and I used color for that so that I could see whether the skin shading looked good (would have been difficult with only greys). I like it!

Todays #procreate sketch is an original from a watercolor painting I did years ago. I may have had a little assistance from a reference photo for that painting, but it’s unlikely. So this is a full original background concept.

Yesterdays painting finished on stream today!

This dog....I love her but she is a short wiry brindle and that's pretty much the most difficult thing to sketch.

This painting isn’t done, so I am hoping to finish it tomorrow on stream. Had to get to a job interview. In the meantime hope you enjoy
