Inked the drawing from before, kinda like the sketch better but that’s normal. Gonna pose a link to the video in the next tweet.
6) This last one is a design I’ve decided to abandon. I showed it to a few art friends and they either liked it the most, or the least. But I’m rejecting it because it’s the only one of this bunch that I didn’t enjoy drawing more than once.
5) This one’s my favorite, but they all need to be pushed a little more.
1) My work computer exploded, and since I’m just waiting for an IT hero to save me, I’m gonna dump some in-progress designs from my iPad. I’m designing an ensemble of 7 for a personal thing, here are 5 that are going in a direction I like. Emphasis on WIP.
The little title image I made here was the first Starbox drawing, but as I boarded, the design kept getting dumber and sillier. I was happy (but not surprised) that Genevieve was able to capture that but also improve it and make it make sense for a design.
The first "real" drawing I did of Cindy, aside from very very rough storyboard drawings that I pitched to the crew, before @GenevieveTsai and @BrookeRegalado7 polished and turned the design to make it work for TV (love those two).
Today's #CharacterProfile is the hapless, sort of terrible, but ultimately lovable Tandy (@OrvilleIV) from Last Man on Earth. LMoE has the perfect balance of funny/tragic and sweet/dark. It's one of my all time favorite shows.
Thinking of drawing a series of profile shots of characters I like right now. Here's Peggy and Luanne from King of the Hill, a show I somehow missed when it was on but am loving a whole ton now. Thanks, Hulu! #CharacterProfiles #HoYeah
