Updated Ilo's colors recently to make them more muted.

Also changed his eyes to purple because his race (Kanganite) can't have orange eyes, only blue-green, blue, or purple.

Personally I like Roulette better, but Roulette is a pretty specific Earth Culture thing, and there is no Earth in the Katoverse.
