Sometimes if you keep trying, you'll eventually figure it out!

There's a lot going on so I just wanted a moment to feel wholly good and proud of the progress, both in pursuing a 'style' and in technical improvement, that I have made with my drawing in the last 10 years.

Two of these I posted before (Rafi & Rocky, from my original works) and one of them I don't think I ever posted off Patreon (Frankenstein, or at least, one of my takes on him), but I think I want to make more of them in the future.

I would love to also use it as an excuse to sneak my Roosterman and some Lizardpeople into a work and just go apeshit with character designs but I don't know that this is complimentary to a story project.

I have this weird (undead?) wizard design I've been meaning to overhaul and a sort of weredinosaur that I've been noodling with but now I am thinking of putting them in one story, if possible. 🤨

Kash and Chaise are only two of my lil guys who share a trait or two with me, but it's always been a big deal to get to be that with a kind group somewhere safe.

additionally: Bonyu is the greatest thing that has ever happened to me, I hope she lived her best life after quitting the Ginyu force.

Shout out to 2018 and 2021, the only two times I remembered to draw something for Mermay (feat Shark Merman and Creature from the Black Lagoon Doing... Yoga????).

I changed the color of the arm warmers because otherwise Chaise is literally the color of them and it looked weird, haha, but: Chaise as Zarbon from my sketch warm-ups, and finished with simple colors.

I keep forgetting to do the other two but I am really happy with the sketch lines on this Speedy, so I just put some colors on him. ⚔️🍕😼
