I think Sorbet and Gelato would have Grimmsnarl and Hatterene respectively because I think they're neat ( and I hc Cioccolata uses poison types which are super effective against fairy types...lol )
Ghiaccio's partner Pokémon is Weavile because it's an ice type with a high speed stat and Glalie bc a lot of it's Pokédex entries tall about it freezing moisture in the air around it to protect itself
Illuso would have Mr. Mime because it can learn moves like Trick Room, Taunt, Safeguard, etc. which are moves that remind me of Illuso lol
I've already drawn Prosciutto with the Litwick line and I chose them because Litwick's B/W Pokédex entries remind me of TGD but I think he'd have an affinity for ghost types in general and that he would also have a Cofagrigus
Most people seem to hc that Risotto would have a Metacross and I agree he would but may I raise you
