EXCELLENT little spread of arm study. You really can just break the body into parts, study the individual thing and work your way to a full body after analyzing all the pieces.

CANNOT RECOMMEND doing this ENOUGH.

Putting mesh or wife frames over your forms gives your brain the ability to imagine these things inherently, thus allowing you to more easily draw in permanent media.
