So after some analysis, the first Chaos Code char I picked up is this goth lovechild of Seth/Yuzuriha.

He seems to deal low damage but is pretty combo heavy, and he's got a Rekka, a DP that can combo, along with a teleporting fireball that can be used as Okizeme and a teleport.
