Unfortunate I didn’t do one for 2019, that was my hiatus year 🤷‍♀️

You don’t need to stretch yourself thin to chase the ideal; you can do well even if it’s not 100% ‘efficient’ or ‘perfect.’ Do it 70% of the way and let it be done if it needs to be.

If you’re struggling with something mentally or emotionally, let it out into the physical world so you can process it. Don’t try to ignore it or distract yourself to forget.
Journaling helps me identify, categorize and digest it all into tangible sentences.
