Been doing a hard shadow style that you'd probably see in a comic book. Haven't shared art in a while so this is just an example. I've been working on this for the last week or so. A whole lot more was added to this since then that I'll be sharing soon once it's complete.

Figured I'd post a snippet of a project I'm working on.

I had a sudden boost of energy with this project, exploring negative space, shading, and focusing on important details. I ended up writing a whole narrative along side it. Strangely it was easier for me to go off writing, than vice versa.

This comic is about Desert's pet Leonard, a little Acki Monitor who had an unfortunate condition spring up. While some panels are very rough, I tried my best to at least explore difficult poses, perspective, size difference and movement.

During @DesertPogona 's stream yesterday, while playing Elden Ring he came across a Falling Star beast. I thought it was a bug dog at first but looking at it now, it's actually more like a bull.

Anyways, it inspired me to try and doodle out a bug dog and made different types.
