left side is how the drawing looks with no color overlays. right side is how it looked when I posted it with light color overlays to make it fit with the background better. BLEND MODES ARE LIKE MAGIC I HIGHLY SUGGEST USING THEM :DD

u want it to be real dark and moody (left)?? dark blue on multiply + lower opacity. u want it to maybe look a little overcast (right)?? light blueish-gray on hard light + lower opacity!!!!
