I think these are the same eyes, and I think we may be seeing white, red, green, yellow, purple, and teal eyes for Forsaken.

A direct comparison of the files shows that the "blue eyes" are not blood elf. They belong to Void Elves (and mag'har), but blood elf just isn't it. You can see by the detail - the shading, the pupil, the iris details - they're just not blood elf.
