The one on the right is what he used to be before becoming the one on the left. Genetically modified as a pyrokinetic weapon.
Even though his power could rival that of an actual volcanic eruption, his body would most likely perish from the fallout.
It's not often I draw my main Sonic OC from my very old comic: "KGX".
Scales the Arsonist was once a young innocent reptile who was taken for genetic experimentation. It resulted into a mutant with the power of a raging volcano and lost all memories of his former self.

Clearly, Mad Rat Dead inspired me a lot for this design and now Valentine has become Corazon, a spanish-talking, blind poisonous lab rat. Her OC Muertita is in charge of this brute and was responsible for making him immune to any disease.

Coil is the father of Tsuki, who left before she was even born. He works for a criminal organization and his skills and speed made it easy for him to avoid the cops for years without fail.
