New OC! His name is Prosper but Perry to his friends, he's a minor spirit of ponds, good fortune, and cats born on sundays. He lives in a koi pond.
...Yeah, just wanted to make a cat/koi boy.

I have made... a meme (the tape vector is free stock). Time to do a test run?
