Napping vicariously through Dad Gabe. It was originally just going to be working on weird face angles, I promise, but God help me if I ever try -just- sketching a thing. This one even got a complimentary bs background. 🎊

Guys, I did it, I participated in MerMay. D: I can't help wanting to merify Hanzo but I decided to try less dragon, more Okami hunter fish. Where is my light source? Heck if I know!✨

For take 2 I wanted to make him look like if you touched him you'd get something on you or release a spore cloud or something. Just as grody and unappealing as possible while not having actual open wounds. Super fun, just what I needed.😌

SO to preface my current monster project, here's my original stab at it (& it's partner piece) with which I was never satisfied. Based on @Nagaina_Ryuuoh's Ghost Stories on Route 66 cause it's a good story and I just love drawing monsters, guys.
