@Miss_Dako for me i mostly go w personality, family resemblance, and some theme to make them stand out (and even that gets hard since redtail is no longer listed as sandstorms dad) so i just made runningwind her other dad and she looks like both of them dajglkdsjg

@Miss_Dako i take aspects i like from "canon" but the canon designs arent consistent enough for anyone to use as a guide lol - i made a design that deliberately looked like the one in rise of scourge but he's one of the ones fun to take liberties with so ill prolly make alt designs soon
