Hux jumped up on the spot and abruptly raised his hands to his throat, pulling up his collar.
"The door was open" Kylo smiled awkwardly.
"Door?" asked Hux.
He really hoped that this leaf was well hidden and safe.
There was a knock at the gate.
One day he was not waiting for anyone.
He was left alone, and with him his hunger and old walls, and heavy fabrics, and gold, glorifying THEM.
He was alone, like an old root. But isn't the last leaf a continuation of the root?
