mario kart tour had an alternate costume for him, but that'll appear when we get there. for now, we have an... interesting character next that nobody expected to appear in a mario kart game.

he only had 2 2D art, and that's in Mario Pinball Land and Mario Strikers Charged, and that art style doesn't coincide with this art style, so i took reference out of the regular piranha plant artwork.
