Growing up is getting more amazed by the effort put into the erotic art than by the boobs in it...

Basically you color a frame with base colors, then draw the shade areas in a separate layer, choose an out of place color for them, blueish color in pic related for example. Export it separate from the base color layer.
Import into both in AE or similar.
