It’s been a year since I did this black and white spread for my book dummy. I had so much fun imagining the house that this rabbit would live in, inspired by fairytales, hobbit houses and the craftsman/arts and crafts architectural movement.

Supporting artists on is one of my fav things. I have always wanted to start my own, but get stuck on what rewards would be most beneficial to others. What would you like to see offered from an author/illustrator who loves encouraging others on their creative journey?

Mrs. Potts: caretaker & mother. Loving, yet authoritative. Believes in hospitality. Nobody goes hungry on her watch. Like a good cup of tea, she's comforting, warm, makes everything better. We all need a Mrs. Potts. class w/ .

Time to ... putting your art in a grid like this really helps you notice trends. It appears that most of my characters are female and also wearing similar expressions. 🤣
