Started on a ray tracer to try out some SIMD and threading techniques. Currently barely able to render this in realtime (~1k tris).

Painted a few spruces and made a quick test scene with them.

Rummaged through old Cpt. Rixot stuff and came across this mockup. It's based on a Commander Keen poster.

Attempting to do a thin ice/slush over water. So far it's pretty subtle when viewed at water level.
