i wanna give a shout out to the animation of this episode and in particular to the great dynamic of the battle. I hope next season stays on this level, but only if this means better conditions and more time for animators. remember people’s safety comes first. #半妖の夜叉姫

i had the feeling that Setsuna knew what was happening around her. When Towa blames herself and seems ready to give up, she looks sad. But when Towa holds Tenseiga, Setsuna is smiling. She believes in her sister, she knows Towa will save her. She’ll wait for her. #半妖の夜叉姫

also in this ep Towa proved to be the empathetic character she is. Zero hurt her family, Setsuna risked her life because of her but despite this she identifies herself in Zero’s pain. It’s Towa’s naturally way to be compassionate. There’s nothing of stupid in it. #半妖の夜叉姫

Moroha and Kagome share the same brilliant brain cells. the technique of umbrella reminded me when Kagome used the foot to hit the crown demon. Moroha is more skilled in combat but she is definitely as clever as her mother. #半妖の夜叉姫

if you notice Sesshomaru’s expression in the preview is not the usual bitter and troubled expression he uses to have. It seems he finds an inner sense of serenity and wholesome everytime he can look at his daughters, even in hard situations.
