1. Draw eyes
2. Fill BG, colour lines
3. Colour skin & sclera (whites of eyes)
4. Add saturated colour below iris
5. Highlights. Dark Med, Brighter Lg, & 2 Sm
6. Shadow over Iris
7. Render with smudge, blur & soft brushes.
