Anyone up to this point in the game yet? I know a few of you are...
Can't believe I haven't posted this yet. JayBubs was supposed to be a ferocious enemy you fought in the starting area, but I got his sprite and he was just too cute. I change it so he was Brie's pet, and the game was way better for it.

Writing is nearly complete! Only got 3 more Heart Beat events and a few morning scenes and I'm done! In the meantime, have another takogirl. This one has a sword and a hat.
Fire attack! Here's another one of the Takogirls from Chapter 3 of the game.
We're adding 3 more enemies to chapter 3, one of which is the super cute Electric Takogirl! @sh_gion has done an incredible job on these sprites, they really add a lot of character to the game.
I don't think I've posted Genie Lori yet. Everyone gets genie outfits on genie night, but Lori gets a cool genie transformation. It'll make sense in context, trust me.
In another throwback, here's the animation reference images for the elemental girls in Max's Big Bust. When I finally get that anime adaptation, these resources are going to come in handy! It'll happen one day!
Let's go oldschool for a bit! Here's the first rough sketches I got of Max back when I started work on Max's Big Bust. I nearly died when I got these, they were significantly better than what I was expecting, and the sprites just got better after this.
