» Uchiha Team*:
This team consisted of Sasuke Uchiha and Sakura Haruno/Uchiha.
In Sasuke Retsuden, after the Pillars of Konoha Team* decided that Sasuke would infiltrate Redaku to get the polar particles, Sakura joined the long-term mission and also defeated Jiji.

Note: The Hokage Guard Platoon is the official bodyguard team of the Hokage, described in chapter 562, it was previously formed by Raido, Genma and Iwashi.
The way they are described as bodyguards in Naruto Retsuden means Sakura is now part of this team with the rest.

» Naruto Recovery Team*: After Naruto was defeated by Toneri and passed out from chakra depletion, Sakura, Shikamaru and Sai rescued him. Sakura spent three days healing Naruto to save his life. They later infiltrated the castle as a team.

— Three-Way Deadlock (semi-official):
After surpassing their masters, Sakura, Sasuke and Naruto formed the new generation of the Three-Way Deadlock along with their summons, and are referred to as “the new three”.
It is not necessarily Team 7 but the summon's "team".

As a fighter, Sakura could also deceive and defeat White Zetsu when it attempted to kill her and her comrades. She quickly alerted the Intelligence Division so the information reached the other battalions. Lastly performed an autopsy on White Zetsu with Shizune.

» Medical Division and Logistical Support:
This team consisted of highly skilled medic-ninja. Sakura left the Third Division and joined Shizune’s division.
Her role was to heal any injured Shinobi and acted as a jōnin level medic-ninja, who were later attacked by White Zetsu.

During the first stages of the War, they fought the Seven Swordsmen of Kirigakure, especially Zabuza Momochi, although it happened off screen for Sakura.
She also took a supportive role by healing the injured ninja of her division.

» Third Division: This team consisted of ninja with intermediate-range combat style, among them Sakura Haruno, Rock Lee, Might Guy, Kakashi Hatake and Sai.
Their mission was to support close-range and mid-range divisions.

— Sasuke Uchiha Pursuit Team*:
This team consisted of Rock Lee, Sakura Haruno, Kiba Inuzuka and Sai.
Their mission was to find Sasuke Uchiha and kill him as the Konoha 12 had agreed on. Sakura later betrayed her team to proceed with the assassination herself.

— Cryptanalysis Team (briefly):
Consisted of Sakura, Shikamaru and Shiho. This team is part of Konoha’s Intelligence Division.
After Fukasaku arrived with a secret code from Jiraiya, they worked together to understand its meaning until Sakura left to join the hospital.
