Since the topic of buff ladies is pretty hot right now, let me give you a bit of Belyrd, a drow fighter NPC (and Dayna, who is always appreciative of some good muscles)

A much more realistic one today. Beofrid / Alieae was a seemingly unimportant NPC that helped the party. They'd later find out he's very much one of the big guys behind the scenes- And they don't know what side is he truly in.
