Just finished watching @JudgmentalThe 's video redesigning RWBY's Neo, and I felt like doing my own version :]
It isn't a beach/warm weather style, instead a mix of steampunk and old fencing style clothes to fit with her rapier parasol + my own clothing aesthetic
