Morrison explored Hal's relationships/sexuality in one of the best ways possible. Keeping in line with his Sci Fi roots. And yet they said Carol is Hal's true love. So I don't get why some people would say Morrison doesn't "get" Hal.

Wish they had more time together. It makes sense as far as the JL goes.

Probably should've posted yesterday of but I needed time to process the finale of this run. Thank you @LiamRSharp and @grantmorrison for putting so much effort into this character and adding new ideas and a celebrating the mythos in ways to make it all matter.

MINOR SPOILERS FOR TGL

In the Silver age Abin Sur's last mission as GL was on Athmoora. And while I don't think anything drastic will happen at the end of TGL it's quite fitting that Hal's supposed "last ride" will take place there

I'm glad that DC kept the Star Sapphire costume from New 52.

@TalkingSuperman Alot of thoughts going on my head on this subject.
I like the idea that Hal can joke with his friends when he's not on a mission or its really light like dealing with space pirates or thugs. But he doesn't qwip like Spider-man or Kyle does if that makes sense.
