In the early 2000’s I not only got to know the late and legendary Dave Stevens, but also another of my absolute heroes, Michael Kaluta, at a semi-regular pre San Diego Comic Con party hosted by Jim Silke and his wife. I miss Mike, who held court like a mountain king.

I had the good fortune to have Dinner with @_rogerdean once, over a decade ago now. We had a fantastic debate about creating art, and he signed a Yes CD for me - my library was still in the (UK) at that time. I am still and will forever be inspired by his art and publications.
