This cover has a really iconic shot of Sonic and the Freedom Fighters, also portrays the Dark Legion and Lien-Da in a really cool manner. I really love that Ian Flynn integrated some of Ken Penders' best creations into the main villainous organization of the series, Eggman Empire

Damn, Knux is in some pain there... Tails attempts to help/calm down Knuckles, but as poor Knux said there's nothing he can do... Tails ends up unconscious after getting caught in Knux's pain-confused rampage, and Athair puts him in the care of his Uncle Merlin Prower.

Poor Knux isn't handling the overload of power from his transformation too well, especially after the scientists of Albion attempted to drain his new powers, deeming him too dangerous in his current state.
