@xenosaga7 I think there's a big chance that it does, usually there aren't other language images there, just the english ones. In this case it does have the JP ones (like NieR Replicant, which has said option).

@The_Primal_King I agree that the cutscene in question is the one that we see later at the beginning of KH2, but I don't think it's the same character that it's shown because we can see that Roxas' hair is visible even with the hood. Also that video was "conceptual" and they changed stuff.
