6) "Fantasy Victorian" for my "designed them at 2am" brain basically meant "tailcoats and spats." They've also acquired a Cloak of the Manta Ray from a party member (which has been excellent for shielding their white person self from the sun in the desert we're in atm)

3) Cyre's look is probably best described as "fantasy Victorian" crossed with the dnd flaw of "let's carry all the things and make white haired elves." I got a really beautiful commission of them from zohmbyy over on tumblr ♡
