This was the first of the little bird fanarts but I ended up going with a different style for the others so posting this on its own.

This is a Gouldian Finch, which are basically just balls of colour. (If you're into really creepy bird things, look up photos of their babies!)

One from the Royal National Park, a drier kind of bush than the Blue Mountain valleys I've been painting.
