And I realized, this is the second time I've assigned Ryan to do a cover referencing this design...

The sea witch Juri cover to this year's Sci-Fi & Fantasy special is a companion piece to last year's mermaid Chun-Li by @MrGenzoman.

This year we are changing it up with a theme.

So I had never heard of this before today.

In 1997 (years before UDON even existed), the great Mike Wieringo was part of a pitch to do a Street Fighter III comic series.

It got far enough along that Capcom even advertised it in their newsletter.
