One last thing people have pointed out that I also chime with, is that Elfo and Luci just aren't explored as characters. Like, at all.
Elfo doesn't develop bar the horribly hackneyed unrequited crush stuff, and Luci's a FRICKIN' DEMON, but almost NOTHING is done with this.
Finally, episode 7 to 10 kick in with the long-promised overarching plot, and finally the show figures out what it is. I had a great time with these.
(The only issue being a 'mysterious family heritage' plot device that's used and unresolved for TWO DIFFERENT CHARACTERS.)
Things thankfully pick up in the second installment and you're like, 'Oh phew, they remembered how to make cartoons!'.
But then it treads the same ground over and over: Bean feels trapped in her royal life, she rebels, gets in deep, then stuff is resolved. EVERY. EPISODE.
It's been a few weeks since I added something fresh to my Dribbble, but today it's a throwback to my part in @seedanimation's collaborative film for #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth 2016: https://t.co/ec1y0ia9Bp
After much scribbling in notebooks and Photoshop, this was the evolution of my #DoctorWho illustration from last night. #DWFanCreations
Props to all the nutters going Sober for October this year. 1 DOWN, 30 TO GO, YEAH? #GoSober #SoberOctober
Another old project: a few of the stickers I did for the Skype app! Who’s your fave? #characterdesign
It's Monday! Which means a throwback post on #Dribbble, obvs. It's another of me old Orangina spots this week: https://t.co/GcifyKZwsx
