.. if I wanted to use it in a computer game, I needed the title to be at the top, so your hand could be right at the bottom of the screen and still be readable at a glance.
So I tried for a vellum on gold thread kind of look, and it was okay. The right direction.
First card design is actually super old. Made it for a virtual pet concept that I toy with from time to time where trading cards are a mechanic. I just took it and re-purposed it to my story. But it didn't feel right..
I don't have time to dig through Professor Tolkien's notes. I'm far too busy making a Sanic.
@TheMiddleborne For all that I do love much of the score of the Jackson films, I'm afraid my concept of the musical sound of Middle Earth is different even from that.
Strand C:
I've entered a month long jam for next month to create a Halloween-themed visual novel. I was pretty excited about using it as an excuse to learn how to integrate Ink and Godot.
It'd also be a good excuse to wrap up the Hat Trick Stories I've left half-finished.
Strangely enough, the thing that kicked it off was my attempt to make a sprite comic to prototype my books. And that comic spun out into Bunny Trail Junction, which has ink comics as well as sprites.
