Talking about my @SnoLabs3D penguin today and remembered I designed a cartoon character for him.
Tagging people who are into art stuff and/or I think liked my penguin.
Been a while since I've done this Twitter stuff
Cat eye. Small study to get more comfortable with my Faber Castellated Polychromos and Caran D’ache coloured pencils on pastelmat
@UncleJessy4Real @FilamentFrenzy @joeltelling @stlDenise3D @keridel @crussty @mad_monkey01 @Spectra3DTech @Lazerlord10 Just for a joke I spent less than a minute implementing the facial changes to my pig.
I used one sculpting tool in Blender. Add a primitive and a couple o' booleans and I'd be there
Tbh I doubt i'll be able to do much because the bloke is in France but it's pathetic.
@UncleJessy4Real @FilamentFrenzy @joeltelling @stlDenise3D @keridel @crussty @mad_monkey01 @Spectra3DTech @Lazerlord10 Like this? I even made my piggy a shiny purple too to help comparisons. Yes, the guy has made some changes but they are arbitrary and there is no way that his claims that sculpted his pig model from scratch is true. The model has a no derivative and non commercial license
Added in some more light particles and some blue layers for his fur - think it's finished now
Pan pastels, Derwernt Inktense and Drawing coloured pencils on pastelmat
Now I have to remember how to photograph my drawings.
I have included the photograph I based it on, it was fun to change the material of the ball and re-imagine the reflections on his fur
Not a posh render - just a screenshot (sorry!) but a quick show of a model for my Glorious patrons. A pegasus bust to match the unicorn. Prepping and testing tomorrow for a weekend release. Watch this space:
