Day 1: Complete! We walked a good chunk of the 6 miles but it was outside and on a beautiful trail, took about 2 hours. The 100 squats were cake, 100 sit ups and pushups were okay. Hip flexors are not happy but I’m ready to kill it with self discipline!
Still lots of detail to work on but I'm having fun with the lighting on this!
