I'm glad I gave Novus someone. I'd been sitting on the idea of it for ages now but nothing really stuck. Thomas is a good boy. #lucksterart

Do it for me?

After much frustration, I've had to tinker with Novus's hair for what feels like the 6th time. I had to turn it into more pieces + I had to get rid of the black lineart with dark purple actual coloring to potentially cover up errors later.

okay maybe not a total redesign, but maybe this is going to be his new "common" look

I feel like he's judging me for wasting a day and a half

Maybe making a whole new model in a very short timeframe was a bad idea... I'm not sure I like the new one. I'll sleep on it

worst case scenario I frankenstein the two together (new model has more layers for arms and cravat, but old has better face)

Already had to go back into the master file because I forgot to create a Closed Eyes state

I created a fan-character in 2004. After only a couple years, he broke off from his fandom roots and became his own standalone character, going through many changes as I struggled to give him true purpose and tried to figure out who he actually was.
